Dance

In the silk rain with golden stain of sun just begun to shine…
Dance
In the fields, along the hills, all around the old windmills…
Dance
In the street to the beat of drums and pied pipers piping…
Dance

For only so much time chimes the bells of life,
But the wells of joy run deeper than any pain
And grain of love is greater than gain of gold,
So we are truly told, so make bold; take hold!

In satin meadows, neath the shadow of full-bloom trees…
Dance
In your living room and round about the silent tombs…
Dance
In moonlight bright and under twinkling stars from afar…
Dance

For only so much time chimes the bells of life,
But the wells of joy run deeper than any pain
And grain of love is greater than gain of gold,
So we are truly told, so make bold; take hold!

Dance!
